For personalisation and demand planning, we work best with at least twelve months of transactional data — order history, product identifiers, and timestamps. For segmentation, behavioural and demographic data adds depth, though transaction records alone can surface meaningful patterns. We'll assess your data during the initial conversation and give you an honest view of what's workable.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The segmentation analysis typically completes in two to three weeks. Demand planning and recommendation engine projects run four to six weeks, depending on data complexity and integration requirements. We'll give you a clearer timeline after reviewing your setup.
Does my team need data science skills to work with the outputs?
No. Every deliverable includes a plain-language narrative explaining what the model found, what the outputs mean, and how your buying or marketing team should read them. Technical documentation is provided for your developers, but commercial decisions don't require technical fluency.
Is my customer data kept secure and in compliance with PDPA?
Yes. We operate in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Data handling arrangements are agreed in writing before any project begins, including retention periods, access controls, and deletion procedures. We do not retain your customer data beyond the agreed project scope.
Can I start with a smaller engagement before committing to a larger one?
The Customer Segmentation Analysis (SGD 680) is a sensible starting point. It gives you a concrete view of your customer base and often surfaces the questions that shape a demand planning or personalisation project later. Many clients begin there before proceeding to additional work.
